  This is by far the WORST bank branch I have ever been to. I have to bank here for work, so I have no choice in the matter. They never have enough staff on, always have to wait 30mins plus (on work time by the way) just to deposit money and the branch manager just doesn’t care at all. If you try to make a complaint, she will ask you to leave.
  Never experienced worse customer service in my life. Deserves zero stars

  CDM has taken a large amount of coins and printed a $1 receipt last Friday.
  Was told to "sit and wait, won't be long". Waited over an hour, had to go to front desk and ask how long left. Was told to wait some more.
  
  Left my contact details and was told I'll be notified. Haven't heard back from them.
  
  I don't usually give bad reviews, but I feel the attendants at this branch need to do a better job with customer support. Witnessed a lot of people also waiting extended periods of time. Maybe this branch is short-staffed downstairs.

  tried to get my name changed here after getting my drivers license updated since i had my change of name cert and an updated digital license with me.
  had to wait a Whole Hour to be serviced and then was told i couldn't get my name changed because i didn't have a physical license. it's not mentioned anywhere or by anyone that you need the license to be Physical but maybe it's bc cavemen aren't able to process digital licenses. probably easier to just make a new account under your new name and transfer your funds tbh
